Who controls your information
LUMEN BREEZE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16880338, is the controller for the processing described in this notice. Information we collect
- Your email address is collected through our first-party Evening Sheet form and shared with MailerLite so we can send the sheet and the four follow-up emails described before signup.
- Transaction details are collected through Gumroad when you purchase the End-of-Day System.
- Anonymous usage information, such as pages viewed, referring page, device type, approximate location derived from network information, and interactions with calls to action, is collected through Umami analytics.
- Technical hosting logs may contain an IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
We do not use cookies. Umami is configured as cookieless analytics, so no analytics cookie is placed on your device. This is why this website does not show a cookie consent banner.
Why we use it
Where you choose to receive email, we rely on your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. We rely on our legitimate interests to understand anonymous site use, improve the website, prevent misuse, and keep the service secure. We balance those interests against your privacy rights and use limited data for these purposes.
Service providers
- MailerLite stores Evening Sheet subscriber email addresses and sends the requested sheet and follow-up email sequence.
- Gumroad provides checkout and file delivery for the paid End-of-Day System. Gumroad acts as Merchant of Record for paid transactions and handles relevant payment and tax processing.
- Umami provides cookieless website analytics.
- Netlify hosts the website and produces limited hosting and security logs.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Some processing may occur outside the United Kingdom. Where we are responsible for such a transfer, we use an approved safeguard required by UK data protection law.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Email marketing records are retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to keeping a minimal suppression record so we can respect that choice.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access your information, correct it, ask for erasure, restrict or object to certain processing, and receive information in a portable format where applicable.
