Cancellation and refunds
LumenBreeze materials are digital content. They are supplied electronically and no physical item is shipped.
Your cancellation right
UK and certain other consumer laws may provide a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that beginning access means losing the cancellation right.
At checkout, Gumroad may ask for that consent and acknowledgement before making the digital content available. If immediate access has begun following that consent, you will not normally have the 14-day cancellation right. Your statutory rights remain unaffected where content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
How to request a refund
Gumroad acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller of record for paid transactions. Refund requests must be made through Gumroad and are processed by Gumroad. Use the support or contact option in your Gumroad receipt or account and include the email address used for the purchase and the order details.
Eligibility and processing are subject to Gumroad's applicable policies, the checkout terms, and your mandatory consumer rights. This policy does not promise refunds beyond what Gumroad permits or what the law requires.
Access problems
If a paid-product download link is missing or a file cannot be opened, first contact Gumroad through your receipt or account so it can restore access or investigate the transaction. For the free Evening Sheet or a question about the LumenBreeze material itself, contact hello@lumenbreeze.com.
