These terms apply to your use of this website and the LumenBreeze digital materials made available through it.
Digital products and Merchant of Record
All LumenBreeze products are digital content delivered as downloadable files or through electronic access. Nothing is physically shipped.
Gumroad acts as Merchant of Record for purchases. This means Gumroad, not LUMEN BREEZE LTD, is the seller of record for the transaction. Gumroad processes payment, issues transaction documents, and calculates and handles VAT, GST, and similar transaction taxes where applicable. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's checkout terms.
Access and delivery
The free Evening Sheet is available from the LumenBreeze download page after a successful email signup. Paid-product access is normally provided by Gumroad after successful payment. You are responsible for giving a working email address and saving your files. If paid access does not arrive, contact Gumroad support through the purchase receipt or your Gumroad account.
Licence
When you lawfully obtain a LumenBreeze digital product, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print a personal working copy.
You must not sell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, share, reproduce for others, remove ownership notices from, or use the materials to create a competing product. No ownership or intellectual property right is transferred to you.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use its content unlawfully. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, or our rights.
Educational disclaimer
The materials are for general educational and reflective purposes. They are not medical, mental health, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice. They do not diagnose or treat any condition and do not replace consultation with an appropriately qualified professional. If you are concerned about your health or wellbeing, seek suitable professional help.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website and files available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may make reasonable updates to content, file formats, or availability. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUMEN BREEZE LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss caused by relying on the materials as professional advice. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
