Halume Account Deletion

If you created a Halume account and want to delete it, email us at hello@lumenbreeze.com with the subject “Delete Halume account”.

Please send the request from the email address used for your Halume account.

When your account is deleted, we delete your Halume account data, profile data, ritual history, app preferences synced to our servers, and related account records.

Some records may be retained only if required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

We process deletion requests within 30 days.
