Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@lumenbreeze.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@lumenbreeze.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

We may request additional information to verify the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right by offering a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another suitable solution.

In some cases, at our discretion, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or returnless refunds if we believe a request is fraudulent, abusive, or not supported by the information provided.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:
- Digital products that have already been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or emailed to you, except where required by law
- Opened or used aroma oils, fragrance items, or similar consumable products
- Items damaged through misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Gift cards

European Union and United Kingdom cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

After notifying us, you may need to return the item within the time period required by applicable law. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For change-of-mind returns under the cooling-off period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.

Digital products and immediate access

Some orders may include digital products, such as guides, trackers, playlists, email programs, or app access.

By purchasing a product that includes digital content delivered immediately after checkout, you acknowledge that this digital content may be delivered before the end of any cooling-off period.

If digital content has already been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or emailed to you, it may not be refundable except where required by law.

This does not affect your legal rights for the physical product.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return request has been reviewed.

If a return is required, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If a return is not required, we will let you know once your refund or replacement has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.

We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days. In some regions, including the European Union and the United Kingdom, refunds will be processed within the time period required by applicable law.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
