Order processing

Digital items included with your order, such as guides, trackers, playlists, email programs, or app access information, may be delivered separately by email.

Physical products are usually processed within 1–4 business days before shipping.

If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship there.

Digital delivery

If your order includes digital content, it may be delivered by email shortly after purchase.

Order tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges depending on your country or region.

These charges are not included in our product prices unless clearly stated at checkout.

Incorrect shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, damaged, or arrives incorrectly, contact us at hello@lumenbreeze.com with your order number.

For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

We will do our best to help resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another suitable solution, depending on the situation.
