1. Our products
LumenBreeze sells physical and digital products related to evening routines, ambient devices, and screen recovery.
Some products may include both a physical item and digital content, such as guides, trackers, playlists, email programs, or app access information.
Product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, availability, and included items may change from time to time. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate, but minor differences in colour, appearance, packaging, or details may occur.

By purchasing a product that includes digital content delivered immediately after checkout, you acknowledge that this digital content may be delivered before the end of any cooling-off period.
If digital content has already been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or emailed to you, it may not be refundable except where required by law.
This does not affect your legal rights for the physical product.
6. App access and future features
Some products may include future access to LumenBreeze Space or another digital feature.
Any app access, beta access, software feature, platform availability, or launch timeline described on our website is provided as an estimate unless clearly stated otherwise.
We may update, delay, change, limit, or discontinue planned digital features as the product develops.
App access may be subject to technical requirements, platform availability, operating system compatibility, and separate app terms in the future.
7. Shipping
Physical products are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping to eligible regions shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery for physical products is usually 5–15 business days after order processing, depending on your country, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, public holidays, weather, or events outside our control.
8. Customs, duties, and taxes

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.

If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right by offering a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another suitable solution.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been processed, fulfilled, shipped, or once digital content has been delivered.
If cancellation is possible, we will confirm it by email and process any eligible refund to your original payment method.

Products purchased from LumenBreeze are intended for personal or household use only.
You may not purchase products from our website for commercial resale, redistribution, or export without our prior written permission.
13. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
